Learning Support Assistant

As a teaching assistant at Pinders Primary you will get all the support you need to succeed. We will work with you every step of the way, helping you build a rewarding career.Pinders offer a wide range of training oppourtunities including access to the level 3 Teaching assistance course and for a person with the right experience, Higher Level Teaching Assisstant training.

You will be more than a Teaching Assisstant, you’ll be able to connect with our pupils because of -
Your “Can do attitude” a team player who rolls up their sleeves to help. Your genuine passion for supporting children learn and the impact it can have on their lives. Your knowledge of phonics would be an advantage,however training will be given. You will be willing to work independently and as part of a team. You are able to demonstrate a high expectation of achievement and behaviour in order to help all children achieve their very best across the setting You are committed to inclusive practices. You’ll have good communication skills, Maths, English ideally to GCSE level You will be committed to work as part of a team, ensuring the safety, well-being and care of all our children The support and expertise of an experienced Senior Leadership Team and SENCO, A firm commitment to your continuing professional development.
