TPFRecruitment Surreys leading accountancy practice recruitment agencyare recruiting for an Accounts Manager to join a highly reputableand fantastic quality firm of chartered accountants based in theWeybridge area.

Youwill be joining a fast growing and successful practice where youwill work in a general practice capacity within the accounts team.This position is being recruited as a consequence of growth andpresents an excellent opportunity for the right candidate toprogress in their career. You will be offered exposure to complexhigh value work dealing with prestigious national and internationalclients. You will be given lots of autonomy where you will havedirect client contact and have the opportunity to oversee a smallteamtoo.

Alarge proportion of the position will be built around thecandidates experience/ aspirations but as an example you will beresponsiblefor:
  • Responsiblefor your own portfolio of clients reporting to theDirectors.
  • Reviewingof accounts for your clients including preparation of accountsconsolidations corporation tax returns and personal taxreturns.
  • Actingas first point of call forclients.
  • Supportingclients with outsourced Finance Director level services and complexcorporate and personal taxplanning.


Requirements
  • BeACA/ACCA probably 4 years postqualified.
  • Haveexperience in a midtier firm where you have experience of clientsthat includes complex/ high value cases.
  • Experiencein international cases would be an asset but not necessarily aprerequisite.
  • Reportdirectly to theDirectors.
  • Beable to competently review complex accounts and accountingconsolidation work to a high standard ready for final directorreview.
  • Becompetent to run meetings withclients
  • Havea good associated corporation tax/ VATknowledge.
