Job Description

As a Financial Services Account Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a portfolio of clients comprising companies, individuals, sole-traders, and partnerships.
  • Maintaining regular client contact on a proactive basis, listening to needs, suggesting initiatives, and meeting client deadlines.
  • Projecting confidence and credibility in dealing with both clients and fellow team members.
  • Preparing and overseeing the production of accounts for a mixed portfolio of clients including sole traders and complex partnerships.
  • Providing training support to more junior members of the team.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • ACA or ACCA qualification, or equivalent by experience.
  • Proven experience as a Client Manager or Senior Accountant in a similar practice environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
