CK Group are recruiting for an Inventory SupportSpecialist to join a diagnostics company, working field based inthe Manchester area. This is a contract role for 12 months.

 
Salary:

Upto £23.08 PAYE or up to £30.62 UMB

 
Inventory Support Specialistrole:
  • Oversee theimplementation of Optimall Inventory across the ManchesterFoundation Trust as part of the Laboratory Managed ServiceContract.
  • Ensure the customer has excellenttraining to enable full use of thesolution.
  • Identify training and resource plansto enable sustained usage of the tool.
  • Employchange management methodologies to support uptake of thesystem.
  • Monitor and maintain compliance recordsto enable constructive feedback.
  • Review data toidentify optimal stock levels to ensure KPI and customerrequirements are aligned.
  • Review the datagenerated from the system in regards to stock levels and implementactionsaccordingly.
 
YourBackground:
  • Qualifiedin a technical/scientific field preferably, with an interest in ITsystems Service, or have equivalent workingknowledge.
  • Previous experience working in NHSorganisations/departments (pathology, pharmacy orprocurement).
  • Ability to simplify informationand present to a variety of audiences.
  • FullUK/EU (or equivalent) drivinglicense.
