**About The Role**:
Due to the continued expansion of the business and increasing demands, an interesting new position is being created within the Film and TV Industry.

You will be responsible for tracking and managing inventory within our organization and supporting the Inventory Manger. Working with other areas of the business to ensure inventory levels are maintained, the role will include ordering, receiving, managing and maintaining stock levels on a variety of equipment and distributing inventory, as well as recording and maintaining accurate inventory balances and updating systems.

Responsibilities will include:

- Providing support with purchasing, order fulfilment and shipping.
- Liaise with suppliers to manage discrepancies, issues and timely deliveries.
- Support Inventory Manger in maintaining Inventory correctly.
- Liaise with other areas of the business to provide purchase ordering support.
- Update and maintain Purchase ordering system.

To succeed in this role you will bring the following skill-set and behaviours:

- Previous experience with purchasing and order fulfilments
- IT literate, strong Excel, Word and Access skills
- Excellent problem solving skills and ability to model data
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to maintain confidentiality when details with sensitive information
- Strong written and oral communications skills
- Strong time management capabilities, able to prioritise demands and manage own time effectively
- Ability to work as part of a team
