Inventory Support Specialist

CK Group is seeking an experienced Inventory Support Specialist to join a diagnostics company in the Manchester area. This is a contract role for 12 months.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement and oversee the Optimall Inventory system across the Manchester Foundation Trust as part of the Laboratory Managed Service Contract.
- Provide excellent training to customers to ensure full utilization of the system.
- Develop and implement training and resource plans to ensure sustained usage of the tool.
- Employ change management methodologies to support the adoption of the system.
- Monitor and maintain compliance records to enable constructive feedback.
- Review data to identify optimal stock levels and ensure alignment with KPIs and customer requirements.
- Qualified in a technical/scientific field, preferably with an interest in IT systems service, or have equivalent working knowledge.
- Previous experience working in NHS organizations/departments (pathology, pharmacy, or procurement).
- Ability to simplify information and present to a variety of audiences.
- Full UK/EU (or equivalent) driving license.

Location:This role is field-based, covering several different hospitals in the Manchester area.
