The primaryresponsibility of the Learner Engagement Manager is to source andqualify prospective candidates and book them onto our preemploymenttraining courses. This involves working with referral partnersplanning facetoface meetings organising open days with learners andthirdparty organisations within your designatedarea.

KeyResponsibilities:

MainDuties:

  • Hitdepartmental KPIs.
  • Support BusinessDevelopment Managers (BDMs) by generating regional and nationalemployer vacancy leads.
  • Source andinterview potential candidates both facetoface and bytelephone.
  • Collaborate with externalagencies to promote our courses and identify the needs of localcommunities and employers.
  • Managerelationships with Job Centre Plus (JCP) and ensure adherence toall JCP guidelines.
  • Provide uptodatedata for each region relating to learner and agencyneeds.
  • Determine eligibility andsuitability for relevantopportunities.
  • Actively use socialmedia to promote our opportunities whenrequired.
  • Support activities towardscandidate and employer engagement asneeded.
  • Create timely and accuratereports regarding activity levels candidate enquiries and progressagainst targets.
  • Managerelationships with key suppliers referral partners andorganisations locally to maximise candidate referrals and employerleads.
  • Ensure the candidaterecruitment process guarantees a highqualityexperience.
  • Deliver outstandingInformation Advice and Guidance to both internal and externalcustomers meeting observationgrades.
  • Attend learner/employerrecruitment and marketing events to fill courses build pipelinesand enhance the candidatepool.
  • Actively promote theorganisation in the localcommunity.
  • Be willing to work invarious areas across the country to promote a range ofopportunities.
