DescriptionAs our next Transactional Team Leader, you will be responsible for driving the team forward and leading the team to ensure department KPIs are achieved. Joining Breedon Group, you'll be part of a business working towards our plans to have an impact on others and progress your career. To excel in this role, you will need to be decisive, a strong communicator, approachable, organised, and able to prioritise and manage a high-volume workload. Working with a team of Credit Services professionals, you will be supporting the Transactional team members to achieve targets, and resolve queries and ensure correct procedures are being followed. You are not the type to not communicate with others, not share learning, or be disorganised. In this role, you will take ownership to resolve issues that arise and support others in achieving results. As a Transactional Team Leader, you will thrive on achieving targets and collaborating with others to succeed in the team. Your remit is to aid in the effective workflow for the team and share the load to achieve results.
Key Responsibilities
