Regional Clinical Care Support (12 month FTC and maybe extendable )
Attractive basic salary + 5K car allowance + Mileage + Expenses
England - Reporting to Operations Director
To provide Clinical Operational Support working with Regional Care Specialist team across 16 England homes for Hallmark Care Homes working with the General Manager on all clinical aspects and the Deputy Manager for compliance. Geographical locations are Berkshire, East + West Sussex, Essex , Surrey, Oxfordshire, Warwickshire, Avon, Cambridge, Suffolk, Kent and SE London .
This role will work closely with the Care Quality, Governance and Quality Director on clinical projects and initiatives for operational implementation. To provide project management support to the Programme Manager on supporting team with training on systems and procedures. Supporting on investigations, trouble shooting and working collaboratively with Senior Management team to include key stakeholders Regional Director, General Manager and Deputy Manager
Person Specification
Essential Qualifications:
Registered with the NMC Nursing/Clinical Degree
Level 5 or equivalent in Leadership and Management (Or working towards)
Eligible to register with CQC
Proven Experience in the following areas:
Minimum of 3 years in a senior clinical/care role within a care home setting
Co-ordinating and managing audits and improvement plans
Strong influencing and negotiation skills
Proven track record in leading, empowering, supporting and motivating others without direct supervision
Delivering high quality relationship centred care
Skills and knowledge
Excellent leadership skills,
Excellent IT skills to include medications and electronic care planning,
Excellent written skills with investigation and report writing
