Mitie are recruiting for a Contracts Manager to join their team at South Thames College Group, to drive operational excellence throughout the service delivery, ensuring that Mitie meet / exceed expectations on KPI / SLA performance as well as manage, monitor and report on the financial performance of the supply chain and conform to target cost and budget expectations, consistently reviewing and implementing new ways of working to drive efficiency.
As the Contract Manager, you will ensure all team members and supply chain partners are able to successfully deliver the strategic goals of Mitie and our customers by ensuring strong leadership and the implementation of development / improvement programs where appropriate. You will close management of Works in Progress to ensure the timely invoicing of project costs and collection of debt as well as providing a key interface for the customer across the portfolio and create excellent working relationships with customers FM team and the customers building users. You will assist the Senior Account Manager in expanding the current service delivery model by proactively analysing and investigating future business development opportunities. You will provide ownership of PPM and asset lifecycle planning on behalf of the customer.
To be successful in this role, you will have excellent communication skills, both written and orally and be confident in your ability to communicate effectively at all levels. You will also have a Mechanical and Engineering or Building Maintenance background and be qualified in your relevant field.
