Location: Redhill, Surrey

A leading Main Contractor is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee a range of new build and refurbishment projects within the education sector, up to £5m in value.

The successful candidate will have a track record of working on education projects for a reputable main contractor, with experience delivering new build and refurbishment projects up to £5m in value.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing multiple projects concurrently
  • Overseeing the 2-stage D&B procurement route
  • Coordinating with clients and stakeholders
  • Leading a team of professionals

The ideal candidate will have excellent man management skills, be presentable with strong client-facing skills, and have a deep understanding of the education sector.
