You will be part of an inclusive community, providing excellent opportunities for students with social, emotional and mental health difficulties and additional complex needs. About the role:


 

  • Planning and delivering high quality lessons to a small group of young people with a range of needs
  • Adapt teaching to respond to the needs of individuals
  • Be a positive and proactive addition to the school
  • Working collaboratively with other members of staff to create the best learning environment
  • Manage behaviour and maintain an inclusive learning environment
  • Communicate effectively with all staff, students, parents and wider members of the community. 


 

This role is suitable for anyone with qualified teacher status, ranging from an ECT seeking their first teaching post or an experienced SEN teacher. This is a full time position with an immediate start.
