Are you a qualified teacher looking for flexible teaching opportunities? We are in independent agency that works with schools all across the South West and we have plenty of exciting opportunities to work with our schools, including SEN provisions.


 

We are looking for teachers who:


 

  • Have PGCE/QTS or QTLS
  • Have teaching experience
  • Have excellent knowledge of the UK Curriculum
  • Empathic, caring and positive attitude
  • Ability to adapt with change at short notice
  • Confident in leading lessons and running the room
  • Experience of knowledge of working with students with SEN


 

Key responsibilities:


 

  • Deliver engaging lessons to students with a wide range of special educational needs
  • Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students in various educational settings
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment 
  • Follow individual education plans (IEP’s)
  • Collaborate with teaching assistants, SENCO’s and other staff members
  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively to ensure a safe and supportive learning environment


 

With flexible work, you will liaise with your consultant with regards to your availability where we can book accordingly. Should you wish to hear about long term, permanent roles, we are happy to arrange interview and trial days.
