Job Summary: The M&E Site Manager oversees the mechanical and electrical aspects of construction projects, ensuring all work meets quality, time, and budget standards. This role requires experience with M&E contractors or in electrical/mechanical roles within residential or commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate all mechanical and electrical site activities.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Supervise M&E subcontractors and ensure adherence to project specs and schedules.
  • Conduct site inspections and audits for quality and safety.
  • Liaise with the Project Manager for project alignment.
  • Maintain site activity records and resolve M&E issues.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with M&E contractors or in mechanical/electrical roles.
  • SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification.
  • Electrical certification.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficient in project management tools.

Desirable:

  • Professional certifications or industry affiliations.
  • Experience with sustainable building practices.

Working Conditions:
