The M&E Site Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all on-site activities meet Thames Water’s safety and security requirements.

In this role, the M&E Site Manager will manage daily operations, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure that work is completed on time and within budget. You will also be required to ensure compliance with Thames Water regulations and maintain high-quality standards across all mechanical and electrical systems.

As the M&E Site Manager, you will lead a team of engineers and contractors, resolve on-site issues, and maintain communication with Thames Water representatives and stakeholders. This role requires strong leadership skills and technical expertise to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

The M&E Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing the installation and maintenance of M&E systems, managing site teams, ensuring health and safety compliance, and maintaining accurate project documentation.

Requirements:

* Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an M&E Site Manager within the water industry or related sectors.

* Thames Water Pass: Essential for working on Thames Water sites.

* Degree or HND/HNC in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (or equivalent).

* SMSTS, CSCS card, and First Aid certification required.

* Strong knowledge of M&E systems in water treatment environments.

* Full UK driving licence.
