What you’ll be doing
as a Scheduler Ensuring resources are effectively utilised - reviewing reactive and planned maintenance, and scheduling work for a geographical area to meet demanding SLAs and business priorities. Delivering an accurate schedule - Ensuring work is delivered to the correct technician with the correct skills. Working hours: 7 am to 4 pm Monday to Friday. Base Location: Hybrid - Kemble Court, Reading RG2 6 AD, with a minimum of 2 days working from the office.What you should bring to the role
Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. IT literate - you will be using SAP, Click & Excel as part of the role. (previous experience in these is beneficial but not essential)What’s in it for you?
Competitive salary from £24,000 to £26,000 per annum depending on skills and experience. Annual Leave - 24 days holiday per year increasing to 28 with the length of service.
