We are excited to welcome vibrant individuals to our team and are currently seeking an experiencedHousekeeping Supervisorto join us.


This is a versatile and hands-on role that will require you to carry out a range of tasks, including cleaning public areas, managing linens, and cleaning guest rooms as needed. You will work closely with our dedicated housekeeping team to ensure that the cleanliness and presentation of our hotel consistently exceed guest expectations. Additionally, you will assist in managing daily operations, coordinating schedules, and maintaining inventory levels to ensure efficient and effective housekeeping services.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support housekeeping staff, providing guidance, training, and motivation as needed.
  • Scheduling and coordinating daily tasks to ensure optimal coverage and efficiency.
  • Conduct inspections to ensure that cleanliness and quality standards are upheld.
  • Report maintenance issues in the system and ensure they are addressed promptly.
  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and linens, ordering replenishments as necessary.
  • Address guest concerns or special requests in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Manage linen orders and handle rejected linens, ensuring correct stock levels at all times.
  • Uphold safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and sanitation regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a housekeeping supervisor.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for maintaining cleanliness and order.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of housekeeping best practices and industry standards.
