Hairdresser

Duties:
FULL OR PART TIME POSITION AVAILABLE
- Provide a wide range of hair styling services, including cutting, colouring, and styling
- Upsell salon products and retail items to clients
- Utilize retail math skills to accurately process transactions and handle cash
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Assist with front desk duties such as scheduling appointments and answering phone calls
- Mentor and train junior stylists as needed

Qualifications:

- Qualification level 2 upwards
- Proven experience in hair styling and related services
- Strong knowledge of retail sales techniques and ability to upsell products
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required
