They can offergreat career progression and the opportunity to progress to a HUBManager role (in charge of up to 5 to 6 stores).

What To Expect:

Managing one their stores youll lead a team of storepartners improving performance and ensuring the highest levels ofcustomer satisfaction and product quality. Youll be fully aware ofthe stores financial performance identifying store growthopportunities and implementing action plans to achieve salesbudgets and increase profitability.

You willstay up to date with relevant health and safety compliance auditand security policies and adhere to subsequent health and safetyand employment laws.

IdeallyYoull Have:

  • Experienceof managing people and teams in a hospitality or retailenvironment
  • Effective problem solving/decisionmaking skills
  • Proven ability to develop andgrow both a team and business
  • Ability to bewell organised detail oriented with the ability tomultitask
  • Prioritisation and delegationskills
  • Ideally GCSE pass grade or above inEnglish and Maths must be numerate however relevant experienceoutweighs academic qualifications
  • Proficiencywith Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook
  • Strongverbal and written English language skills
