Apex Talent Recruitment, a leading recruitment agency in the real estate industry, is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Level PA for one of our high-end clients. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-paced organisation that is dedicated to providing exceptional service to their clients.

As a Senior Level PA, you will play a crucial role in supporting the CEO by providing high-level administrative assistance. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating schedules, managing appointments and travel arrangements, preparing documents and reports, and handling confidential and sensitive information with utmost professionalism.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a strong ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems effectively.


Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage daily schedules, appointments, and meetings for the Chief Executive
  • Make travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation
  • Prepare and organise documents, reports, and presentations for meetings and events
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Act as a point of contact between executives, staff, clients, and colleagues
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of company events and conferences
  • Conduct research, gather data, and provide support for special projects and initiatives

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, not necessarily within the real estate industry. It can be of industry.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work from the London office full time Monday-Friday and with flexibility to do tasks outside of core hours, including during the occasional weekend.
