Police Staff Vacancy

MARAC is a meeting where information is shared on the highest risk domestic abuse cases between police and other partner agencies from the statutory and voluntary sectors. The primary focus of MARAC is to safeguarding victims.

The post holders carry out an essential role within the Cumbria Multi Agency Risk Assessment Conference (MARAC) process by providing administrative support, co-coordinating the MARAC meetings, providing training and monitoring and evaluating the MARAC process.

There are 2 positions that have become available within the HQ PPU MARAC Co-coordinators team

There is flexibility as to where the post holders can work from which will be discussed and agreed by supervision.

1 x position is 28 hours over Mon- Thurs - key day being Tuesday MARAC meeting day

1 x position is 28 hours over Tues - Fri -key day being Thursday MARAC meeting day

The hours must be worked within the daytime period.
