About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Recovery Specialist to join our team at Richmond Fellowship's Abbots Bank. As a Recovery Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with mental health issues to maintain their tenancy and independence in the community.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement personalized support plans to help individuals achieve their goals and aspirations
- Provide guidance and support in areas such as domestic and finance management, accessing work, leisure, or educational opportunities
- Work collaboratively with individuals to identify and address their needs, promoting independence and self-sufficiency
- Contribute to a weekly rota system, including weekends and evenings
Requirements
- No prior experience is required, as full training will be provided
- A caring and compassionate nature, empathy, and enthusiasm for helping others
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Driving license and access to a car
