About the Role


As a Digital Features Editor at Reuters , you will:

Collaborate with journalists across teams to develop new digital-first content. Commission and edit recurring features. Suggest new formats, be flexible and always open to experimentation. Publish text and/or visual journalism that is accurate, balanced, clear and requires minimal editing. Analyze other news organization’s digital offerings and suggest ways to stand out. Demonstrate an understanding of the Reuters Digital strategy and audience.

 
About You


You’re a fit for the role of Digital Features Editor at Reuters if you have:

Demonstrable experience of editing at a major news organization. Strong news judgment allied with an ability to innovate Digital and multimedia expertise and familiarity with the needs of a digital audience; Experience optimizing stories for search (SEO) and other platforms; understanding of analytics are a plus. Strong reporting and writing skills and the ability to work independently. A track record of producing fair, accurate and balanced reporting in different formats. Proven ability to work nimbly and quickly with multiple teams. International reporting and editing experience is a plus.
