The Role

The World of Interiors is looking for a dynamic Features Editor to work across all platforms, at this exciting time for the brand. This role reports directly into the Editor in Chief.

What will you be doing?- Writing and commissioning visually engaging feature stories cross platform in the WOI editorial voice.- Writing and commissioning arts and culture related stories.- Ensure that content is usable cross platform and print content is repurposed for the web.- Own and lead regular analysis of WOI articles, feeding back to the editor with suggestions for optimising existing content and future output.- Assist the Editor in Chief in creating the content strategy for the brand across all platforms.- Act as the team’s eyes and ears on all things arts and culture related around the globe.- Being attuned to, and communicating upcoming trends, interiors stories, and not to be missed events.- Actings as a brand ambassador at relevant events.

Who you are:
- A proven interest and knowledge of design, interiors, art and culture.- A strong visual eye and a knowledge of the WOI brand and style.- Brilliant written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.- Experience with all digital and social media channels.- Strong work ethic and inquisitive approach to everything, with a desire to be part of a growing and creative team.- Strong administrative skills.- Minimum five years previous experience working on an equivalent print or digital publication.
