Knowledge, Skills and Training
Essential criteria
Registered practitioner to degree/diploma level Membership of the relevant Professional Body Evidence of recent professional development in an up to date portfolio Knowledge and understanding of Trust Strategy and policies relevant to role
Desirable criteria
Demonstrates a knowledge ofsynergy with Trust vision, values and behaviours
Job Specific Experience
Essential criteria
Supervised experience gained during clinical placements Ability to contribute to student development / supervise other junior staff Demonstrable knowledge of assessment and therapeutic interventions in area of practice Experience of contributing to the management of change
Desirable criteria
Recent previous experience within a comparable role student assessor
Managerial Experience
Essential criteria
Experience of demonstrating duties to junior staff Ability to delegate care safely Is prepared and skilled to act up and/or co-ordinate shifts in the absence of the team lead
