Salary: £32,500

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Care Manager to join our client's residential care team. As Deputy Care Manager, you will play a key leadership role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to residents. Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a care setting, with previous experience in a senior or supervisory role
  • NVQ Level 4 or 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification (desirable)
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and support a care team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of care regulations and best practices
