Qualifications
- Proven experience in a care setting, with previous experience in a senior or supervisory role
- NVQ Level 4 or 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification (desirable)
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and support a care team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of care regulations and best practices
