Your Contribution:

Responsible for Proactive Inside Sales for Security Europe & Africa, the ideal candidate will be focused on our Enterprise Business as well as to support our Sales team in any subaltern tasks around our sales generation. He/Her will be responsible for leads generation and qualification through a variety of sources. Once leads identified, this candidate will reach out and meet with the business' decisions makers to better understand their business needs and how our product could help them. You support our Regional Sales Manager and customers with the complex orders and support our key account customers.

Your Job in Plain Text:

Support our Enterprise Business with a focus in UK & Ireland

Identify and pro-actively drive new business opportunities and qualify new leads

Being the proactive interface between Regional Sales Managers and any internal Sales Opps, Finance, GTC, Manufacturing & Legal entities with FLIR Security Business

Prospect new customers through lead generation, trade shows, follow-up, and cold calling

Work within a team to drive account planning with customer centricity

Identify the correct decision makers within a given business

Document all pertinent customer information and conversations into CRM system

Follow up the order process, be the point of contact for status update regarding open orders and any external communication with our customers

To be Ready to take on this role, we would love if you have:

High levels of experience in Presales support internationally.

Certifications in related technologies.

Willing to learn new technologies and business.

Fluent in English and other languages related to territory coverage such as French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Polish, …

Ability to combine a high degree of technical knowledge with strong Presales and communication skills.

Talented in writing proposals, giving presentations on company products and services, performing system demonstrations, forecasting, and closing transactions.

Ability to identify, qualify and capture long term business.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Experience in MS Office, CRM, SAP and ideally PBI

Commercial/Business Acumen

Inter-Personal Relationship Skills

Inside Sales presentation Skills

Speaking English is mandatory, any extra language would be a plus (French, German, Italian or Spanish)
