The Opportunity

As our Talent Coordinator you will work with and support the Talent team during an exciting and busy hiring period.

You will work alongside our current Talent & HR Coordinator, to ensure we are delivering on our hiring needs, by requesting and scheduling interviews, sending candidate feedback and working on adhoc admin tasks where needed. You will help us to maintain a strong employer brand, ensuring we provide the best candidate experience possible. You will have a proactive, can-do attitude – willing to roll your sleeves up and help out

This is an initial 3 month FTC, with the potential to be extended dependant on the volume of work.

This is a hybrid role based in our  Cambridge  office, so you will ideally be comfortable coming into the office at least  twice a week . If you’re interested in the role but require more flexibility, please speak to us

Day to Day

You’ll play a key role in ensuring we provide the best and most efficient service to the business, whilst most importantly leaving candidates feeling great about Featurespace, regardless of the outcome of the interview.

You will help support the Talent team by scheduling interviews, sending candidate feedback, liaising with hiring managers, participating in ad hoc projects, and creative work; all whilst working to improve the way we do things.
