What You'll Do:

Lead Transformation: Shape and maintain our procurement policies, frameworks, and tools to ensure seamless and compliant procurement processes across the entire group. Data Management & Analysis: Own procurement data and analytics, delivering insights that inform our decision-making and demonstrate the impact of procurement activities. Drive Digitisation: Support the digital strategy for procurement, identifying how digital systems can enhance processes and unlock value. Supplier Onboarding: Oversee and standardise supplier onboarding across the organisation, enhancing efficiency and improving data-driven insights. Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with procurement policies, supporting stakeholders with evidence-based insights and managing our procurement risk register.

About You

First of all, you’ll have a solid understanding of procurement policies, data analysis, and reporting tools, with experience in enhancing procurement processes. You'll have previous experience in line management, with a talent for developing direct reports and managing multiple stakeholder relationships. You have strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, with a desire to leverage data for strategic decision-making. Experience with PowerBI is a plus. You are organised and resourceful, with the ability to understand the long-term procurement vision and work towards achieving it.
