About the role
Based at Doncaster racecourse the Accounts Payable Assistant will work alongside finance team colleagues and be responsible for performing a range of accounting and clerical tasks related to the accounts payable function. This generally includes receiving, processing, and verifying invoices, tracking and recording purchase orders, and processing suggested payment requests.
About you
• 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role, with a working knowledge of accounts payable
• Take initiative and the ability to work independently
• Team player with pronounced numerical affinity and accuracy
• Previous experience with ERP systems (Exchequer) an advantage
• Excellent written and verbal communication
