We’re looking to hire a Resource Planner - Flight Operations to join our Resource Planning Team.
Reporting to the Resource Planning Supervisor – Flight Operationsour Resource Planner – Flight Operations will be responsible for the production of accurate and detailed resource requirement plans for all Jet2.com Crew colleagues. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the ongoing availability of Crew colleagues across our operational bases to meet a continuously developing flying programme throughout the year.

What you’ll be doing:Be responsible for producing resource requirement plans and availability forecasts for all Crewcolleagues within Jet2.com.Work closely with theCrew Training and Rostering Teams to manage resource availability and also with the Operations Teams regarding operational contribution levels. Identify any shortfalls in staffing and optimal periods to allocate training and advise the relevant parties.Work closely with other teams to evaluate ongoing crew training needs and ensure these are scheduled in an efficient and cost-effective way.Provide a link to the Recruitment Team to provide insight into annual requirements and schedule new joiner timescales.
What you’ll have:ExcellentIT skills, and be confident in the use of Microsoft Excel, with an analytical and forward-thinking approach to problem solving. Be an excellent communicator and a positive and supportive team member.Thrive on working in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate a “can do” attitudeResource planning experience would be an advantage but is not essential as full training will be provided.
