Training Planner

Reporting to the Senior Training Planner - Ground Operations, our Training Planner - Ground Operations will be responsible for assisting in the production of accurate and detailed course planning across the UK initially, but this scope will expand to other locations in the future. This position plays a key role in ensuring the ongoing availability and development of Ground Operations colleagues across our operational bases to meet a continuous developing flying programme throughout the year.

What you’ll be doing:Working closely with the relevant teams across Ground OperationsTo manage resource joining the business and ensuring their training and records are always maintained to a high level of accuracy and tat they are compliant with relevant regulations.Work closely with the teams to evaluate ongoing/recurrent training needs and ensure these are scheduled in an efficient and cost-effective way.What you’ll have:You’ll have a logical and methodical approach with excellent working knowledge of MS Excel.You’ll have excellent communication skills both written and verbal and be a positive and supportive Team member.Experience of working with MINT training system or in a similar role would be an advantage and we would love to hear from youJoin us as we redefine travel experience and cerate memories for millions of passengers.
