Job summary

To work in a small team within the Business Partnering section with particular responsibility for supporting the accounting aspects of the relevant Divisions.

Be responsible for specific Trust-wide duties, as well as a number of month end procedures.

The Business Partnering Function is a fully functioning financial management service understanding the core elements of the Trusts business and advising and supporting the shaping of the future. The function has a detailed understanding of the drivers of cost, links to activity and income and changes to service delivery to support a financially sustainable future. The function is at the forefront of Care Group/Divisional decision making, supporting with expert and professional advice, modelling and analysis.

Working Pattern: hours per week

Pay: The salary advertised for this position reflects the Agenda for Change 2024-5 rates, inclusive of a pay award implemented from October 2024. If you join before this date, the pay award will be backdated to April 2024 or your start date, whichever is later. Until then, remuneration will be based on the 2023-4 pay bandings (Pay scales for 2023/24 | NHS Employers).
