About the role…

You will supervise & coordinate all ‘on the floor' operational activities in relation to the Conference & Banqueting Department. You'll support with the leading and training of all team members and be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service whilst ensuring that the operational delivery of the client's event runs without a hitch and too the agreed specifications. Types of events you will be running will range from small family gatherings to large weddings, parties or exhibitions.

You'll have great leadership skills Excellent interpersonal and customer relation skills to ensure a seamless and memorable experience, proactively resolving any challenges that may arise Strong communication skills through a variety of means Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to stay calm under pressure, adapting your approach to complete routine and non-routine tasks High attention to detail and accuracy – great at managing one’s own time and the time of the team. This role will include early starts and late finishes to meet the needs of our guests Ability to stay calm and work under pressure
