Overall Role Purpose:
The overall purpose of this role is to act as the oil between the different departments in the business and to enable each team to run faster. This support role will be essential to remove blockages at a management team level through the completion of admin work and follow-up on agreed actions. It will also enable the sales team to run faster and stay in front of customers for longer.
This role is fundamental to achieving our long-term growth plans and ultimate vision. This support role will be critical in removing roadblocks from the management team to enable them to work on higher-value activities that move us closer to our vision faster.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the management and sales teams, including scheduling, CRM management, data entry, and diary management
- Facilitate internal meetings and follow up on action points to ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Manage customer inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Oversee daily office operations, including vendor management and event coordination.
- Maintain organised records, prepare reports, and ensure accuracy in all documentation.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and adapt to changing demands.

Possible Goals for Year One:
- Develop and implement a follow-up system company-wide.
- Improve response times to customer queries.
- Enhance data accuracy and customer record-keeping.

You are a proactive, energetic, methodical, organised planner who takes wants things done right and always writes to-do lists. You are able to identify, anticipate, and address the needs of the team and perform the administrative tasks and execute the required communication to ensure the team works effectively, is delivered fully and on time to a high level of quality. While you are self-disciplined and prefer to follow the rules, you are flexible enough to change with situations to ensure things get completed on time. You have a strong sense of commitment, are loyal, hardworking, conscientious, want responsibility, and are determined to get projects or tasks done, whatever it takes. You enjoy working collaboratively in a team with others but do not mind sticking your neck out to call it out when people are not following the systems. You have a firm manner which comes across well over the phone or in meetings. You will need to be able to work with several personality types and be able to achieve great results with each of them most of the time.
