We are delighted to be working with a highly successful and well-respected client in Didcot, who are recruiting for a **Procurement Administrator** to join their friendly team as soon as possible, on a **temporary/ temporary to permanent basis.**

The hourly rate on offer is between **£13.33 and £15.38** per hour dependant on experience.

37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday, offering **hybrid working** (1-3 days in the office per week) and **flexibility with start and finish times**.

Responsibilities of the Procurement Administrator:

- General administrative duties supporting the procurement team.
- Matching quotes and checking prices.
- Closely following and advising on procurement processes.
- Creation of letters for suppliers.
- Setting up meetings.
- Triaging new requests and escalating issues.
- Administrating mailbox.

Requirements of the Procurement Administrator:

- Experience working with Microsoft products and confidence using various IT systems once familiar.
- Experience working with **finance systems is desirable but not essential.**:

- Ability to work independently whilst able to recognise when to escalate issues.
- Good time management skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly in written and verbal formats.
- Previous experience in either a finance and/or procurement related role desirable.

**In the temporary role, the client is happy to consider strong administrators without the procurement or finance background.**
