Nurture Teacher

Are you a passionate educator with a nurturing approach, ready to make a real difference in the lives of young people? We are seeking an exceptional Nurture Teacher to join our dedicated team within a Secondary SEMH school. You will be leading a small class of students with complex needs, supported by a team of teaching assistants and 1:1 support staff.

Key Details:

  • Location: Secondary SEMH School in Rawtenstall
  • Role: Nurture Teacher (Full-Time)
  • Start Date: September
  • Duration: Until October half-term, with potential extension to Easter
  • Student Level: Working at KS2 level

This role is ideal for a primary-trained teacher who is eager to bring their skills to a secondary setting. You will need to demonstrate resilience, patience, and an unwavering commitment to nurturing and supporting students with extreme challenging behaviour.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
