Overview
TNS are currently seeking an experienced Risk Manager to work in the Global Risk Management team.
Responsibilities
Preparing for and managing year-end PCI DSS assessmentsWorking closely with internal teams and external assessors to prepare for these auditsEither managing or supporting the assessment process to deliver by agreed deadlines Ensuring that compliance with PCI DSS requirements is maintained throughout the yearWorking closely with Products and Operations to assess impact of product or infrastructure changes on TNS’ PCI DSS complianceWorking closely with Security and other teams to ensure that key internal controls are maintained throughout for continued complianceRaising awareness through presentations on key aspects of or changes to compliance requirements Maintaining Disaster Recovery plans and managing the test calendarDocumenting or updating Disaster Recovery plansPerforming regular reviews to ensure that plans are kept up-to-date based on identified infrastructure changes Building strong working relationships to deliver on agreed objectivesDeveloping a strong working relationship with internal teams and external assessors to deliver on the team’s objectives
Qualifications
Required qualifications
Degree level education (or equivalent) and/or CISA At least 5 years experience of 2 or more of the following:PCI DSS assessmentsIT/Compliance auditsDisaster Recovery planningProject management Team player who can work in a dynamic environment Effective communication and interpersonal skills Strong report writing and presentation skillsExperience gained in Risk, Security or Internal audit. Experience of Security controls gained in Operations or Software Development can also be beneficial. Experience in payment card industry will be useful but not necessary.
