In 2021, we launched our brand-new concept Monsoon Boutique Stores – a bold new expression of Monsoon, taking us back to our roots and celebrating the joy and colour that is so rich in our heritage.
We have an exciting, brand-new Monsoon Fashion Boutique Store opening in Gatwick Airport and are looking for an exceptional Boutique Manager to join our team.
This role is based within Gatwick Airport; therefore, all applicants must be 18+ and able to work varied shifts across airport trading hours (4am-10pm)
Successful candidates will be required to complete a basic background check (CRC) and be able to provide a detailed education/employment history spanning the last 5 years prior to starting their employment.

Experience within a boutique environment at manager level, able to deliver an independent boutique experience within a well-known high-street brand. Demonstrate customer focus – ensuring delivering excellence in customer service, understanding the importance of delivering tailored one on one customer service and driving this through your team, always putting the customer at the heart of all that you do. Deliver and drive an exceptional customer experience instore – ensuring the highest service standards are always delivered, paving the way for the Monsoon Boutique stores across the business. Drive the overall performance of the store, through exceeding your KPIs, keeping P&L and controllable costs in line with budget and maximising local market opportunities.
