In-House Bookkeeper

GLBR Invest is a rapidly expanding group of companies employing over 200 people and managing multiple other investments. We are searching for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Finance Manager to join our in-house team. You'll be working closely with the CEO, a young entrepreneur growing the business at an exciting pace, providing the chance to advance your career rapidly in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the full spectrum of bookkeeping for the entire group of companies.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payment of invoices and accurate record-keeping.
Liaise with financial suppliers, including banks, payment processors, and financing companies.
Conduct bank reconciliations and prepare financial statements.
Assist in preparing VAT returns and other tax filings.
Compile management accounts and financial reports for internal use.
Work closely with the CEO to provide financial insights and support business growth.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory financial requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:
Understanding of Xero and Quickbooks
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial management.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in accounting software and Google Apps
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Position Details:
Competitive salary, based on experience.
Full-time, Monday to Friday.
Located in Fulham, with excellent office amenities.
