The Role Scope

To reconcile supplier data received primarily pertaining to Customs Data/EANs to ensure we are able to inbound our full stock range.

✨Role key responsibilities

Ensure all products have a relevant customs data, typically provided by supplier, and confirm data is valid and accurate using online/internal tools.

Ensure EAN data is acquired and processed to allow bookings to be made at the earliest oppurtunity.

Data to be input accurately on all internal databases.

Work closely with Buying Admin and Operations to ensure clear and correct product information is available at all times. 

Provide weekly updates on product status and flag issues.

Provide cover support within the team when required, including enrichment, product admin, and website maintenance.

Ad hoc tasks depending on business needs
