Job Description

Scope of Position: Assist and support in the continued development, delivery and flawless execution of a standardized and compliant Trade Operational Services.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

Support strategic development, delivery and execution of standardized, compliant trade compliance services; Actively engage with customers on projects to ensure an accurate and timely delivery; Maintain recordkeeping for functional areas of responsibility; Quickly escalate issues and resolve complex problems; Effective collaboration and solid communication with internal and external parties; Continually seek improvement in procedures and services to create more efficient and cost effective operations; Support in the sales process; Meet company standard of 52 hours of training per year; Be dedicated to the success of Tradewin using ethical business practices at all times;

Qualifications

Requirements – Skills, Education, Experience

Bachelor's Degree preferred; Great attitude and excellent communication skills; Extensive direct experience in international trade compliance; Extensive knowledge of European Union rules and regulation; Proven ability to develop, implement and maintain standards and identify opportunities for continuous improvement; Proven ability to define performance metrics and evaluate internal and external service providers; Strong project management and computer skills; Demonstrated experience interacting with external and internal customers to gather information and coordinate projects to anticipate and satisfy the customer’s needs; Ability to allocate tasks responsibilities to others to maximize the team and the individual’s effectiveness; Ability to work under stress and problem solve, enabling teams and individuals to meet and exceed customer’s deadlines;
