The Recruitment Hub delivers recruitment services to Imperial College across all job families.

This is a high-volume processing role with a need for high levels of attention to detail to enable a fast and high-quality service provision.


In this fast paced and detail orientated role you will be responsible for:

Produce clear and concise information to successful candidates to aid the onboarding process.Coordinating all assigned roles via our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)Quality checking adverts and job descriptions, as well as making appropriate recommendationsOrganising the interview process with candidates and hiring managersResponding to candidate and hiring manager queriesEnsuring all data is accurate and stored in line with GDPRDraft and issue contracts of employment across all job families within service level agreements when requiredProvide quality assurance for contracts of employment drafted by Recruitment Administrators.Setup employee records on the ERP ensuring accuracy of data to include salary, right to work and contractual information when required?Liaise with HR Compliance colleagues to ensure that visa/immigration requirements are met for the successful candidate.
Ability to produce a high volume of work.Detail orientated ensuring high quality output.Able to adapt to changing priorities to deliver against Service Level Agreements.Put the customer at the heart of everything you do, aim to exceed expectations.Experience of working in a high volume processing environment.Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems, online HR systems and databases.
