  • Provide detailed information about our products and services, answering customer inquiries.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Collect and manage customer feedback to improve event experiences.
  • Maintain an organized and professional event space.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the event.
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in event marketing, sales, or customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Outgoing and friendly personality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required for events.
  • GCSEs or equivalent; additional education in marketing, business, or a related field is a plus.
