Job Description

We are looking for Paediatric Complex Care Nurses on a Ad Hoc Basis 

As an ‘Outstanding’ CQC-rated care provider Thornbury Community Services recruits paediatric nurses to deliver bespoke care and support to young people enabling them to stabilise at home and achieve personal goals, learn new hobbies and take trips into their local community. We are recruiting qualified paediatric complex care Nurses to join our team and provide care to our clients in the community.

We are looking for children’s nurses that share our passion and values to join our community team, you will be providing support to our clients within their own homes, avoiding hospital admissions, and ensuring they receive the best quality of care.

Pay Rates (including holiday pay):  Days £ / Nights £ / Weekends £

We are looking for:

A minimum of 12 months' UK experience in the last two years working closely with people with clinical complex needs,  it is essential to    have Tracheostomy Care and Suctioning, Tracheostomy Tube Change , ventilation via Tracheostomy and Ventilation via a mask skills. Availability for last minute shifts - This will be for an as and when basis to suit you and your current job, ‘Can you be there when no one else can?’ Willingness to travel Community experience is desirable but not essential.
