Job Title: Surgical Coordinator

Location: Chelsea, Knightsbridge, and Marylebone clinics, London

Hours: Up to 18 hours per week

Rate of Pay: £15-£17 per hour

Additional Income Opportunity: Potential to earn additional income as a virtual receptionist on non-working days

Potential Full-Time Role: For the right candidate, this position could evolve into a full-time role

Schedule:

  • Monday AM: Chelsea clinic
  • Monday PM: Knightsbridge clinic (as agreed)
  • Wednesday AM and Friday AM: Marylebone clinic
  • Shifts are a maximum of 6 hours

Responsibilities:
As a Surgical Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless clinic operations and exceptional patient care. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Using your independent and interpersonal skills to manage patient care and clinic logistics effectively.
  • Supporting patients in their surgical and non-surgical journeys, including answering enquiries via phone, email, and social media.
  • Greeting and assisting patients in the clinic, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
  • Booking appointments and managing patient expectations.
  • Utilising and maintaining proficiency in Pabau CRM systems and aesthetics-focused training.
  • Adhering to escalation policies, communicating effectively with senior staff when required.
  • Contributing innovative ideas to enhance the clinics brand presence in surgical and non-surgical aesthetic treatments.
  • Providing support in marketing and social media efforts to engage and grow the clinics audience.

Requirements:
This position is open to candidates with proven experience in aesthetics or cosmetic surgery clinics only. Additional requirements include:

  • Immediate availability for the right candidate.
  • High levels of organisation, ambition, and the ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Pabau CRM systems, marketing, social media, and general Microsoft processes.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • A proactive attitude and a passion for contributing to the growth of a leading aesthetic practice.
