We offer diverse tuition positions for students outside mainstream education. Some need subject-specific help in core subjects, while others benefit from engagement-focused tuition centred on relationship building.

Our clients include:

  • Virtual Schools (for Looked After Children)
  • SEN teams supporting pupils with EHCPs
  • SEN teams aiding pupils without EHCPs but lacking school placement
  • Specialist independent provisions for SEN pupils

Tuition sessions often occur in the pupil's home, care facility, or public library.

We seek tutors who are:

  • Passionate about positively impacting vulnerable young individuals
  • Available for flexible working hours
  • Skilled in crafting and delivering engaging lessons in core and relevant subjects tailored to individual student needs
  • Experienced with SEN, such as SEMH, anxiety, Autism, and ADHD
  • Familiar with Attachment Disorder and the effects of Childhood Trauma
  • Capable of effectively managing challenging behaviour
  • Proficient in engaging disaffected students and encouraging their participation in education
  • Able to collaborate professionally with foster carers and residential home staff
  • Competent in providing comprehensive feedback outlining student strengths and areas for improvement
