**CNC Miller - Rotherham**

Basic hourly rate; **£14.77 - £15.57 **(depending on experience)

**Union KC130, Heidenhain 426/430 controls**

All operators must have an excellent knowledge of setting, programming & operating. Further training will be given for the CNC control of choice. Knowledge of CAM software would be good, but not essential.
- Productivity Bonus; £3.86 (For every hour saved on the job. Shop average 4-5hrs /week)
- Pension; 3% (7% total including employee contribution)

- Holidays per year; 33 Days (including statutory)
- Sick pay; Basic pay for 13 weeks, then half pay for a further 13 weeks.

**Basic working week; 37 hrs**

**Excellent overtimes rates. Paid from 38hrs plus.**

**Basic week consisting of 37 hours.**

Monday to Thursday 8.00am to 4.30pm & Friday 8.00am to 1.00pm

Flexible working hours (overtime) are as follows.

Monday to Thursday 7.00am to 6.00pm

Friday 7.00 am to 5.00pm

Saturday 7.00 to 12.00 noon.

Overtime Rate Day shift, Time + 1/3 from 38 hours for next 10 hours

Breaks are 10.00am Monday to Friday

Lunch break is from 1.00-1.30pm unpaid Monday to Thursday. Friday paid through lunch if working until 3.00pm.

**Salary**: £14.77-£15.57 per hour
