A unique opportunity has arisen to lead our Development Test Cells Workshop at Triumph Motorcycles. This role will manage management and coach our team of Technicians at all seniority levels and will be involved in senior meetings around Triumph Motorcycles projects. The role for the Development Test Cells Manager is to establish and maintain a comprehensive workflow process to ensure new model Engine Tests are delivered to plan for all current and future Motorcycle projects.

A formal qualification in Management is required and a qualification in an Engineering related qualifcation is desirable. The successful candidate will have previous experience of working within a powertrain/manufacturing environment at management level, and experience with conducting appraisals, managing a team, 1-to-1's and recruitment for the workshop.
