We are seeking a highly skilled Development Expert to join our team at Triumph Motorcycles. As a key member of our Engineering Services department, you will play a critical role in the design and development of our iconic motorcycles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Manufacturing, Quality, and Purchase, to ensure the development of high-quality products.
  • Support Vehicle Teams in all phases of the design and development process, focusing on robustness of design and efficient test validation.
  • Develop and maintain technical expertise in designing parts for chassis and other related fields.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to colleagues, ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within the company.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in designing parts for chassis and other related fields.
  • Strong technical expertise and problem-solving skills.
